BERGAMOT:- Bergamot essential oil is a cold-pressed essential oil produced by cells inside the rind of a bergamot orange fruit. Its sweet light orange peel. Its greenish yellow color. The rind of both ripe and unripe fruit is used to extract the oil by expression.
ORIGIN:- The name is derived from the city Bergamo in Lombardy, Italy, where the oil was first sold. Most of the production of Bergamot takes place in South Italy. It is also grown in southern France and in Côte d’Ivoire for the essential oil and in Antalya in southern Turkey for its marmalade. The fruit is not generally grown for juice consumption.
